🎾 Youth Training

Tennis is not just a game – it's a passion!

Our youth training is designed for children and teenagers of all ages and skill levels. We aim to foster both athletic and personal development, ensuring that young players have fun while playing.

Our tennis training follows the principles of the German Tennis Federation's ("DTB") "Play and Stay" program, utilizing age-appropriate equipment such as reduced-pressure balls for mini courts, mid-courts, and full courts. The materials are selected based on age and skill level to best support the children and convey the joy of the game.

👶 Our Young Players

Children (7–9 years and 9–13 years), teenagers (14–17 years), and young adults (18–25 years) are grouped according to their skill levels into groups of 2 to 5 players.

  • Beginners: For children with little to no tennis experience, we offer playful and age-appropriate training. Basic techniques and movements are introduced, allowing children to explore tennis with fun and without pressure. The training includes exercises to improve coordination, ball skills, and mobility.

  • Intermediate Players: For those with some experience, we build upon the learned fundamentals and deepen the playing techniques. Playful elements continue to be used, but tactical and technical aspects of the game are addressed more intensively. The training is tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of each participant, enabling targeted skill development.

  • Advanced Players: For children who have been playing for a while and are more competitive, there is the opportunity to participate in match play. This includes four singles and two doubles matches, followed by meals where players can discuss strategies with the opposing team. This fosters team spirit even in an individual sport! Depending on the skill level, reduced-pressure balls and methodological tools are employed.

  • Competitive Youth: For teenagers seeking competition and aiming to elevate their performance, we offer intensive, performance-oriented training. This focuses not only on technique but also on mental strength, which is crucial for success on the tennis court. Players are prepared for tournaments, work on their fitness, and learn how to optimally prepare for competitions.
